- This business is absolutely horrible. They have the business ethics way below any standards I have EVER run into. They raise their prices without letting you know, they are absurdly over priced and their pay system, when working is a nightmare. I have used the Sturbridge, Ma storage facility and have spoken to other folk who are currently using their units....... 100% of the people feel the same and are looking for other places as we speak. There are many more in the area with tiger units at the price. HEED THIS WARNING! You will waste valuable energy moving your things into this waste of space and money, plus it is at a dead end road and there are always creepy guys parked at the entrance just watching you go in and out, very bizarre.
